A real estate photo shoot in Montenegro begins with a discussion with the client about the size of the work.
I photographed this large three-story house on a mountain overlooking the sea and the city of Budva on a sunny day using pulsed light (two studio flashes), wide-angle optics and HDR technology. The result was a harmonious, bright picture conveying the luxury and comfort of a villa for rent for large groups or for a vacation with a large family.
A drone was used for the video shooting of the villa to show the scale and convenient location in the city. The work of a real estate photographer in Montenegro took 4 hours. It took 3 days to process the finished material. As a result, the client received 100 high-quality photographs with color correction and retouching of small interior details, correct distortion and optimized for uploading to the site.
An additional 2-minute video was also shot to present the villa on social networks.
The shooting of a video clip for real estate in Montenegro was paid separately and took 2 hours.
As a photographer and videographer of real estate in Montenegro, I quickly completed the task before the agreed deadline, which earned me gratitude from the agency.
