1. View point near the Church of Sveti Sava

This is perhaps one of the most popular places for wedding and proposal in Montenegro.  From a bird's eye view there is a beautiful view of the island of Sveti Stefan and the surrounding beaches. 2. Observation point in Lovcen National Park

This wonderful round area is located high on the mountain, two hours' drive from Kotor. However, it should be taken into account that during the tourist season (from June to October) this will not be possible on the central beaches of large cities due to the abundance of tourists.  As for the place to propose, in the evening the beaches in Budva, Kotor and Becici are filled with people. If you are not bothered by the large number of them on the beach, then you can make an offer here too. However, the photos behind you will show people in swimsuits in all sorts of poses. I’m just warning you that there will be no secluded places on the beach within the city limits.

There are more secluded places 15-20 minutes away by car from Budva. There may also be people there, but definitely not in such numbers.
