A large property requires precise calculation of the time of day for a successful photo shoot of a villa in Montenegro.

The shoot was scheduled for a sunny winter day to give the villa's exterior a summer mood and bright colors. The villa consists of 4 floors and 10 separate apartments. A real estate photographer in Montenegro photographed this property in 4 hours. Pulsed light and a wide-angle lens were used to shoot the property, as some apartments were quite cramped.
After that, it took 3 days to process the information. This included color correction of all the photos of the villa in Budva, removing unnecessary interior elements, correcting the distortion of narrow spaces and preparing photos for posting on the Montenegro real estate website and on the airbnb.com portal

 

The client received 100 finished photos through the agency, which helped to increase sales off-season for his villa and paid for the high-quality photo shoot in 1 day of renting the apartment.
