The empty streets of Dubrovnik in the morning provide a rare opportunity to capture the city in all its glory without the usual crowds of tourists.
Marina and Maxim listened to my opinion as a photographer in Dubrovnik and started shooting early. At dawn we met at the Dominican monastery and began a photo shoot in Dubrovnik. The salty smell of the sea, the singing of birds and the majestic stone structures added even more magic to the experience.
The newlyweds admired the city and each other. They told the story of how they met, how friendship grew into love, and how the Ukrainians moved to live in Dubrovnik, where they celebrated their wedding.
The beauty of the early morning in Dubrovnik is truly worth seeing. When the first rays of light illuminate the city, everything is quiet and calm; in the square at Palaca Sponza there are more pigeons than people. The newlyweds were a little camera shy at first, but this is not a problem for an experienced photographer in Dubrovnik. I tried to create an atmosphere of lightness and trust so that the couple would open up and feel comfortable.
We walked through the narrow streets in Italian style, climbed the famous stairs to the Church of St. Ignacija and took wonderful photographs from there.
The city had already woken up and began to quickly fill with crowds of tourists.
We moved to Dubrovnik West Harbor. Here we filmed a panorama of the city with red roofs and an incredible aquamarine sea that completed our photo shoot.
